PACIFICTION REVIEW:

The opening track of Bury the Sun creeps along with a tight rhythm section formed by keyboard plunks and intricate drumming under controlled guitar noise and plaintive vocals. "Midnight Massive" crescendos with an industrial vibe to a fine groove, then breaks down to mumbled lyrics, "a prefect day to bury the sun and hide good and evil." The mysterious repetition of "Cocaine" brings you into the dark alley of a film noir, followed by a dub manipulated version aptly called &qout;Electro Cocaine." The final track "Daydream Massive" has similar hooks as the second track, yet diverges with more spoken word and electronic sounds. Intricate rhythms, interesting noise and lyrics that keep you rapt make this CD a find for those who like post-punk and experimental indie.
